We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Marketer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Reports To: Head of Strategy/MD

Role Objectives

  • This role is responsible for executing content strategies, managing online communities, running integrated campaigns, handling customer feedback, and administering loyalty programs — transforming digital engagement into measurable customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • The Social Media Marketer role is to increase Bankyloolas' digital presence and foster meaningful engagement across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track program engagement, reward redemptions, and overall effectiveness.
  • Implement and manage customer loyalty programs in accordance with the Bankyloolas Customer Loyalty Policy.
  • Engage audiences by responding to messages, comments, and reviews promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze findings to recommend improvements to customer experience and content quality.
  • Create platform-specific content (posts, stories, reels, videos) for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance for both acquisition and retention.
  • Cultivate vibrant online communities and encourage advocacy among followers.
  • Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns that leverage both social media and CRM data to drive growth.
  • Design and implement a results-driven social media strategy in alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain proactive and personalized communication with customers across channels.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • 100% response rate with an average response time under 5 minutes on all platforms.
  • 100% accuracy and punctuality in weekly/monthly performance reporting.
  • 80% participation rate in loyalty initiatives.
  • 20% monthly growth in social media engagement.
  • 100% customer satisfaction rate.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree
  • Experience Required: Social Media Management of 2 years.

Process Flow:

  • Social Media Planning & Execution: Develop content calendar ? Create content ? Review internally ? Schedule & publish ? Monitor results ? Deduce report
  • Online Community Management: Monitor platforms daily ? Respond to interactions ? Log feedback & issues ? Escalate when necessary
  • Reporting:
    • Weekly: Summary of social engagement, CRM metrics, and customer interactions
    • Monthly: Comprehensive report with analytics, insights, and recommendations.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
