Digital Creative Strategist

Description

• Work closely with Media Buyers to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate revisions to improve creative quality and effectiveness.
• Ensure videos are optimized for each advertising platform and audience.
• Build campaign creative briefs for designers, videographers, and CapCut Editors.
• Review edited videos and provide constructive feedback to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand standards.
• Develop creative strategies that support customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales objectives.
• Ensure advertising creatives accurately represent the company's products and services.
• Identify creative opportunities based on market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
• Review campaign analytics to identify winning and underperforming creatives.
• Prepare detailed editing briefs for CapCut Editors.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Experience working with paid social campaigns for e-commerce brands is required.
• Experience in logistics, retail, marketplace, or technology businesses is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, digital advertising, or content marketing.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Understanding of user-generated content (UGC), short-form video, and platform-specific creative best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with video editing workflows using CapCut and similar editing tools.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of direct-response marketing principles.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube advertising.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret advertising performance data and convert insights into creative direction.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
