Job Description

  • We are seeking a vibrant, intelligent, pleasant, and creative individualto represent the face and voice of Magna Eye Care. This role involvesensuring aseamless, enjoyable experience from first contact to follow-up. This role also includes managing our digital presence and creating engagingcontent that reflects our professionalism and excellence in eye care.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Relations:

  • Provide clear information about products, services, andappointments.
  • Maintain a high standard of communication and representationfor the clinic.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy, accuracy,and speed.
  • Maintain a warm, respectful, and solutions-focused approach inall communications.
  • Follow up with patients for post-visitcheck-ins, and feedback.
  • Handle all phone calls and messages promptly and professionally.

Digital & Social Media Management:

  • Respond to direct messages, comments, and online inquiries withspeed and empathy.
  • Capture and share real-time stories from clinic activities (withpatient consent).
  • Schedule and post content, monitor engagement, and grow onlinecommunity presence.
  • Manage our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google,WhatsApp Business).

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to share health insights insimple language.
  • Create compelling social media content (graphics, captions, reels).
  • Implement campaigns and digital strategies to grow our onlinebrand.
  • Write engaging blog posts to educate and attract patients.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital communication, digital marketing and social media creation or similar roles is mandatory.
  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND / OND with 2 years experience

Key Qualities & Skills:

  • Pleasant, creative, and professional personality.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
  • Ability to create visual content using tools like CapCut, Canva andsimilar AI-related apps.
  • Proficiency in social media use and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Passion for customer care and an eye for creating great patient experiences.
  • Strong time management and organisation skills.

Salary
N200,000 / Month.
