We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide strategic cost planning, commercial management, contract administration, and financial oversight across major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BoQ)
Project cost control and financial reporting
Contract administration and claims management
Cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting
Tendering, procurement, and vendor negotiations
Commercial risk assessment and margin optimization

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
Professional membership (NIQS, RICS, CIOB, ICES) is an added advantage.
Strong experience in construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, or oil & gas projects
Minimum of 14 years post-qualification experience
