Job Title: Sales Supervisor (Front of House – QSR)

Location: Victoria Island (VI), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Supervisor (Front of House) to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • The ideal candidate will supervise floor staff, maintain service standards, manage requisitions, and support the outlet manager in achieving sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support front-of-house team members during daily restaurant operations.
  • Ensure food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and overall guest experience are maintained.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance, and manage shift schedules effectively.
  • Train and guide new and existing staff on procedures, customer service standards, and expectations.
  • Track stock levels for front-of-house items and communicate requisition needs to the store manager.
  • Assist with merchandising, promotions, and upselling to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to meet performance and customer service goals.
  • Ensure proper cash handling, POS operations, and financial accountability during shifts.
  • Monitor and provide feedback on team performance, recognizing achievements and addressing issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure timely order delivery and coordination between front and back of house.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all front-of-house areas.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Support the outlet manager in achieving sales targets, cost control, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare daily sales, inventory, and performance reports for management.
  • Conduct regular floor inspections to ensure smooth operations and high service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/NCE in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in a QSR or restaurant environment as a front-of-house supervisor or team lead.
  • Knowledge of requisitions, stock management, and front-of-house operations.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
