Job Position: Front Desk Attendant

Job Summary
- The Front Desk Attendant serves as the first point of contact for guests , providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- The role involves managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and professional front desk environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure proper documentation.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and balance cash/transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
- Monitor lobby activity and ensure a clean, organized front desk area.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role (hospitality preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and hotel management systems).
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
