- A Hotel Spa Receptionist acts as the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing bookings, and processing payments for spa services.
- They coordinate with therapists, promote retail products, handle guest inquiries, and maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil, professional environment.
Qualifications
- BSc Degree or equivalent in Humanities or Social Sciences.
