IDYHA Capital - Our client, Fragranza Elixir Limited is a growing Nigerian fragrance and home ambiance brand dedicated to creating beautiful scented experiences through premium reed diffusers, room sprays, scented sachets, and other fragrance products.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Business Growth Executive

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time

Who We Are Looking For

  • We need a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of increasing sales, opening new markets, securing corporate accounts, and growing brand visibility both online and offline.
  • We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute aggressively, and deliver measurable revenue growth.
  • This is not a routine sales role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Generate new retail, wholesale, and corporate customers.
  • Drive sales through exhibitions, activations, networking events, and direct marketing.
  • Track sales performance and provide weekly growth reports.
  • Develop and manage reseller and distributor networks.
  • Work with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to increase reach and conversions.
  • Secure partnerships with gift stores, supermarkets, lifestyle stores, hotels, spas, real estate companies, and event planners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and recommend growth initiatives.
  • Create and execute social media campaigns that generate leads and sales.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and produce measurable results.
  • Demonstrable evidence of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in fragrance, beauty, luxury products, home décor, lifestyle products, FMCG, or related industries will be a strong advantage.
  • Strong social media marketing and lead generation skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

What Success Looks Like:
Within the first 90 days, we expect to see:

  • Growth in social media engagement and inquiries.
  • New retail and corporate accounts.
  • Measurable increase in monthly sales revenue.
  • Increased product visibility.
  • New customer acquisition.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary plus attractive performance-based commissions and incentives tied to results.
  • N200,000 / month.
