Job Title: Partnerships and Programs Manager

Location: Lagos

About the Role

  • The primary goal is simple:Secure sponsorships, build partnerships, and execute events that advance the foundation’s impact and visibility year-round.
  • We are seeking a results-driven Partnerships and Programs Manager for a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Management: Build and manage long-term relationships with brand partners and music industry stakeholders, ensuring all contractual deliverables are met.
  • Impact Tracking: Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports on sponsorship revenue, social growth, and event success.
  • Event Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning of foundation events (concerts, workshops, outreach), managing logistics, vendors, and staffing.
  • Sponsorship & Business Development:Source, pitch, and close sponsorship deals with corporate brands; maintain a robust pipeline of potential donors and partners.
  • Visibility & Digital Outreach: Oversee social media strategy and content to grow engagement; coordinate newsletters and project features to highlight the foundation's impact.

KPIs

  • Number of active partners.
  • Sponsorship revenue targets
  • Successful event execution.
  • Social growth and engagement.

Requirements
Applicants must meet most of the following to be considered:

  • Brand Connections: Real-world contacts at major media platforms (e.g., BellaNaija) or corporate brands for collaboration.
  • Digital Proficiency: Strong command of Instagram, WhatsApp, and community-based promotion tools.
  • University & Hub Influence: Direct links to University student bodies, creative hubs, or youth-focused organizations in Lagos.
  • Direct Network Access: Existing, active contacts within the 16–25 demographic (Gen Z) and the Lagos music/creative scene.
  • Proven Outreach Track Record: Demonstrated experience in event promotion, community management, or high-volume sales.
  • Target-Focused Mindset: Ability to handle cold outreach and multiple follow-ups with a focus on hitting the 200-attendee goal.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
