About the Role

• This role is ideal for ambitious, target-driven professionals passionate about sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
• We are recruiting Retail Sales Executives for a leading commercial bank.
• Successful candidates will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers and promoting the bank's retail banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of retail banking products, including savings and current accounts.
• Generate leads through field marketing and other sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Stay informed on the bank's products, services, and market trends.
• Identify and acquire new customers for the bank.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Cross-sell relevant banking products and services.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous sales experience in banking, financial services, FMCG, telecommunications, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a passion for sales.
• NYSC completion is mandatory.
• B.Sc. / HND in any discipline.
