Description

• We are seeking a smart, organized, and customer-friendly Receptionist to join our team at our Ikeja branch office.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, handling inquiries, managing front desk activities, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers professionally
• Receive and record laundry items accurately
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Handle customer complaints politely and efficiently
• Maintain proper records of orders and payments
• Coordinate with operations staff for timely service delivery
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• ?Interested candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree with 2 - 9 years of experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 monthly.
