As part of the Johnvents Group, we are committed to transforming locally sourced cocoa into premium products such as JV Pure Cocoa Powder, JV 3-in-1 Chocolate Drink, Myco 3-in-1, JV Choco Pops, as well as other non-cocoa products, including soya oil and seasoning.

Job Position: Lagos Premium Chocolate Sales Lead

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will lead the Lagos premium chocolate sales pilot, drive corporate and institutional sales, manage strategic accounts, coordinate channel execution, and deliver aggressive monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute premium chocolate sales strategies across Lagos
• Build relationships with corporate organizations, hotels, premium institutions, and executive buyers
• Drive sales growth, collections, repeat business, and account expansion
• Coordinate field execution, fulfilment, and customer servicing
• Monitor pipeline performance and weekly sales reporting.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in premium FMCG, hospitality, corporate sales, gifting, or modern trade
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation ability
• Strong reporting and sales tracking discipline.
