Job Title: Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Role Overview
- The Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Manager will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) systems, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enforce QHSE policies and frameworks
- Drive safety culture through training and awareness programs
- Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, or related field
- 7–10 years’ experience in QHSE, preferably in oil & gas or logistics
- Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor)
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and risk management
