We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Team Manager, First Bank Elephant Boys

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish clear performance objectives and monitor progress against targets.
  • Coordinate activities between players, coaches, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support player development initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with league regulations, club policies, and operational standards.
  • Ensure availability and proper management of team resources, equipment, and facilities.
  • Work closely with the FirstBank Elephant Boys Governing Council to align team activities with strategic objectives.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.
  • Provide periodic updates and reports on team performance and activities.
  • Represent the team in official engagements and stakeholder interactions.
  • Plan and manage training schedule, matches, and team engagements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management and administration of the team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in team coordination, sports administration, or people management.
  • Proven ability to manage or coordinate teams effectively.
  • Experience working with structured teams or group initiatives.
  • Prior involvement in football or sports is an advantage.
