• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; identify opportunities via research.
• Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and usability testing to learn user needs.
• Write PRDs with acceptance criteria; collaborate with engineering to scope features.
• Collaborate with designers to craft UX; lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and releases.
• Track feature adoption and metrics; iterate to improve business outcomes.
• Present strategy to executives; gather input from sales, CS, and support.

• 4+ years PM exp in software/SaaS; track record launching B2B products.
• Experience in Ecommerce platforms, Accounting/Financial software, or CRM.
• Fluency with AI in product development; leverage AI tools to accelerate research.
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven decisions; PM tools: Jira, Figma, Amplitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; knowledge of agile/scrum.
• Customer-centric mindset; strategic thinking with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
