Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, maintain accurate records, supervise operational processes, and support the smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory and operational records using Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs and Keep/Notes).
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Ensure products are properly organised, labelled and stored.
  • Manage inventory by tracking stock levels, receiving new stock, conducting regular stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the gift shop to ensure efficiency and excellent service.
  • Perform other operational duties as assigned.
  • Supervise and support store staff to ensure operational standards are maintained.
  • Monitor store procedures and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the store environment is clean, organised and compliant with company procedures.

Requirements

  • High level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational, reporting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • 2–3 years' experience in an Operations Supervisor, Inventory Officer, Store Supervisor or similar role.
  • Proficiency in computer-based record keeping, particularly Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs and Google Keep/Notes).
  • Excellent reading and writing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with inventory management and stock control.
  • Minimum of an OND, HND or Bachelor's degree.
