Job Title: Marketing Officer (FMCG Sector)

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Ibadan - Oyo & Port Harcourt - Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Onsite / Field Operations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate merchandising efforts and ensure optimal product placement across all relevant retail and wholesale outlets.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to provide feedback on consumer trends and market dynamics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners within your assigned territory.
• Execute localized field marketing campaigns and activations to increase brand visibility and market share.

Requirements

• Deep familiarity and established local network within your applied region (Lagos, Abuja, PH, or Ibadan).
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Marketing (Experience within the FMCG sector is highly preferred).
• High resilience, strong negotiation skills, and excellent verbal communication.
• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.
