We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager, IT Quality Assurance

Location: Nigeria

Purpose

To develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality assurance framework for IT systems and services, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and alignment with business and user requirements while driving continuous improvement and defect reduction.

The Job

Develops and implements quality assurance problem reporting processes and systems.
Implement and monitor effective and efficient quality document management process for timely processing of document changes and distribution of quality information.
Tests continuity management plans and procedures to ensure they address exposure to risk and that agreed levels of continuity can be maintained.
Engages with senior stakeholders to secure commitment and resources needed for effective acceptance testing.
Ensures that a catalogue of available services is created and maintained and that service level agreements are complete and cost effective.
Validating systems, products or services against user experience goals, metrics and targets.
Collaborates with internal and external partners to facilitate an effective evaluation of systems, products and services.
Ensures that processes and practices are aligned across teams and providers to operate effectively and efficiently.
Lead an effective Change Control process.

Qualifications

ITIL Foundation certification (mandatory)
Minimum of B.Sc. / B.Eng. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Professional certifications such as CMSQ or COBIT (added advantage)

Experience:

Prior experience as an individual contributor in QA is an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in IT/Quality Assurance with at least 1–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Experience in ERP solutions, specifically MS D365 F&O will be an added advantage.
