We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HPDU Technical Training & Competency Development Lead

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

Leads the development and execution of NICS ' structured training programs to transfer HPDU technical knowledge and build competency among Nigerian personnel. REN,

Key Responsibilities

Define competency frameworks and skill matrices
Assess and certify personnel competency
Conduct classroom and field-based training
Document and track knowledge transfer progress
Develop and implement technical training programs

Experience & Qualifications

12-15 years in HPDU or oilfield well services
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
At least 5 years in training, mentoring, or competency development roles
Strong background in HPDU systems and field operations

Certifications (Preferred):

HSE certification (NEBOSH or equivalent).
Train-the-Trainer certification
IWCF/IADC certification
