Job Title: Senior B2B Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As the Senior B2B Sales Executive, you will drive enterprise sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value contracts across commercial, real estate, hospitality, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client meetings, site assessments, and proposal presentations to decision-makers
  • Build and manage structured sales pipelines while driving contract closures independently
  • Identify and pursue high-value B2B opportunities across assigned territories
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience within elevator, HVAC, generator, construction, or building solutions industry is highly preferred
  • Strong experience engaging C-suite executives and managing complex sales cycles
  • Minimum of 4 years enterprise B2B sales experience selling high-value technical products/services

Salary
NGN 500,000 – NGN 1,000,000 Monthly + Commission
