We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Functional Application Administrator

Location: Nigeria

Purpose

To manage, maintain, and support the organization’s ERP system, ensuring optimal performance, system reliability, and alignment with business needs through effective administration, configuration, and stakeholder collaboration.

The Job

Provide technical support and guidance to end users, addressing their inquiries and issues related to the ERP system.
Coordinate with IT teams to ensure the integration and interoperability of the ERP system with other IT systems.
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system configurations.
Monitor system performance and availability, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
Conduct testing and validation of system configurations and customizations.
Perform day-to-day administration tasks, including user management, access control, and security configuration.
Manage system backups, disaster recovery plans, and system upgrades.
Configure and customize the ERP application based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration, workflows, and business rules.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with proficiency in SQL and database management.
Working knowledge of Power BI and relevant ERP certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in ERP application administration with strong knowledge of ERP systems, modules, and functionalities.
Hands-on experience in system configuration, customization, and supporting business users within an ERP environment.
