We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Functional Application Administrator

Location: Nigeria

Purpose

  • To manage, maintain, and support the organization’s ERP system, ensuring optimal performance, system reliability, and alignment with business needs through effective administration, configuration, and stakeholder collaboration.

The Job

  • Provide technical support and guidance to end users, addressing their inquiries and issues related to the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure the integration and interoperability of the ERP system with other IT systems.
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system configurations.
  • Monitor system performance and availability, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
  • Conduct testing and validation of system configurations and customizations.
  • Perform day-to-day administration tasks, including user management, access control, and security configuration.
  • Manage system backups, disaster recovery plans, and system upgrades.
  • Configure and customize the ERP application based on business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration, workflows, and business rules.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and relevant ERP certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in ERP application administration with strong knowledge of ERP systems, modules, and functionalities.
  • Hands-on experience in system configuration, customization, and supporting business users within an ERP environment.

  • Be proactive in identifying system improvements and optimizations.
  • Have strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Possess good understanding of ERP systems and business processes
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
