Job Summary
- We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our guests.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, and ensuring an excellent guest experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and security standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service representative is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation systems.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
