We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Operations Supervisor

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Support the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving efficiency across departments.

Responsibilities
Operations & Guest Service:

  • Assist in managing front desk, housekeeping, and F&B operations.
  • Oversee room assignments, check-in/check-out processes, and coordinate with departments.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly, ensuring high satisfaction.

Administration & Compliance:

  • Support budgeting, monitor expenses, and track occupancy reports.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Manage staff schedules, performance evaluations, and training coordination.

Marketing & Sales:

  • Collaborate with marketing team on guest engagement and feedback initiatives.
  • Assist in promoting hotel services, packages, and events.

Problem Solving & Leadership:

  • Lead a team, foster a positive work environment, and drive service excellence.
  • Handle operational issues, escalate critical matters to the Hotel Manager.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates should possess an HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field with at least2+ years in hotel management or a similar supervisory role.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Personal Traits: Customer-focused, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., PMS).
