Job Summary:

Our client, a premium residence in Abuja, is seeking a results-driven Residence Sales Executive to drive bookings, grow occupancy, and develop corporate client relationships within the hospitality and short-let market.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience in hospitality, hotel, or short-let industry
• Proven ability to generate bookings and meet sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Familiarity with the Abuja market is an added advantage

Salary: ?400,000 monthly (Base Pay) + Commission

Monthly Targets:

• 200 room-night bookings across residences
• 100 guests from events or non-room sales
