Job Title: Restuarant Manager

Location: Opebi Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
Assist with marketing and promotional activities to boost sales.
Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers to manage stock levels.
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
Hire, train, and manage front-of-house staff.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Monitor and manage restaurant budgets, sales targets, and cost controls.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, labor, and customer trends.
Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor cost control.
