Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

Requirements

• Experience developing and managing sales pipelines.
• Experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and strategic business development.
• Proven experience selling HR outsourcing, temporary staffing, payroll outsourcing, recruitment outsourcing, managed workforce solutions, facility management outsourcing, or BPO services.
• Proven ability to prepare proposals, respond to tenders, and deliver compelling client presentations.
• Evidence of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales targets.
• Ability to work independently, drive business growth, and deliver results under pressure.
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
• Minimum of 5–10 years' experience in business development or corporate sales within the outsourcing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Demonstrated track record of acquiring and closing outsourcing contracts.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
• Leadership potential with a proactive, results-driven ("hunter") mindset.
• Strong network of corporate decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Operations, and Executive Management).
