We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graduate Trainee (Fleet Controller)

Location: Ota, Ogun

Responsibilities

Record trip data accurately for performance analysis and decision-making.
Monitor delivery officers throughout their assigned trips to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Support the preparation of daily fleet status reports and operational dashboards.
Assist in tracking truck movements using GPS and fleet management systems.
Liaise With delivery officers to obtain real-time updates on delivery progress.
Monitor tumaround times and dentify opportunities for process improvement.
Support the resolution of delivery delays, route deviations, and operational disruptions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or HND With a minimum in Logistics & Supply chain Management, Transport Management, or Business administration.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
0-2 years post-graduation experience. proficiency in Microsoft Office application Microsoft ExceL
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
NYSC completion certificate (or exemption)
