We are responsible for end-to-end resource management, including recruitment, payroll administration, and workforce/community engagement on behalf of these partner organizations.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Executive

Locations: Agbarho/Osubi (Warri), Effurun/Sapele (Warri), Abraka (Asaba), Issele-Uku, Ibusa - Delta; Ogidi, Awka, Awkuzu - Anambra; and Osisioma (Aba) - Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are recruiting target-driven, and customer focused Field Executives to support sales growth within assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating orders, building customer relationships, increasing product availability, and driving revenue growth through effective field execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to daily route plans and customer visit schedules.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding product distribution.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility across customer outlets.
  • Generate sales orders from retailers and wholesalers within assigned routes.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Capture and submit accurate customer orders and market information.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve assigned sales and volume targets.

Requirements

  • Willingness to work extensively in the field.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Candidates should possess an OND or HND qualification with 0–2 years' experience in sales, retail, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
  • FMCG or distribution experience is an added advantage.
