Job Title: Boutique Manager

Locations: VI, and Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, commercially driven, and customer-focused Boutique Manager to lead luxury retail operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, a luxury service orientation, and the ability to build long-term relationships with high-value clients.
  • The Boutique Manager will oversee the daily operations, sales performance, customer experience, staff management, and overall profitability of the boutique.
  • We are looking for a refined leader with strong sales management ability, operational discipline, luxury customer relationship skills, and the capacity to drive boutique profitability while maintaining premium brand standards.

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth:

  • Build strong relationships with VIP and repeat customers
  • Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs
  • Monitor sales trends and optimize business performance
  • Drive boutique sales and profitability targets

Customer Experience:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Ensure exceptional luxury customer service standards
  • Deliver personalized and memorable shopping experiences
  • Maintain a premium boutique atmosphere at all times

Operations & Inventory:

  • Ensure proper inventory control and stock accountability
  • Manage visual merchandising and product presentation
  • Oversee daily boutique operations efficiently
  • Coordinate with management on stock planning and replenishment
  • Maintain operational discipline, reporting, and compliance

Team Leadership:

  • Conduct staff performance monitoring and coaching
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, excellence, and accountability
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and develop boutique staff

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal ability
  • Strong understanding of luxury customer behaviour
  • High level of professionalism, grooming, and emotional intelligence
  • Strong reporting, organizational, and operational management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, luxury retail, fashion, or boutique management
  • Strong sales leadership and customer relationship skills

Added Advantage:

  • Experience managing luxury, fashion, jewelry, fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle brands
  • Knowledge of luxury selling techniques and Clienteling.

Salary
N180,000 - N250,000 per month.
