Job Position: Female Inspection Officer ( Real Estate)
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday

About the Role

• We are looking for a smart, energetic, and highly presentable Female Inspection Officer to join our growing real estate team in Abuja.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, inspecting properties, creating engaging content, and supporting property sales.
• If you are confident, proactive, and love working both in the field and on camera, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections across Abuja.
• Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties.
• Create engaging property content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Present properties confidently in front of the camera.
• Assist with property marketing and sales activities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and property owners.
• Ensure all inspections are completed professionally and on schedule.

Requirements

• Female applicant.
• Must reside in Abuja.
• Highly presentable with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work extensively in the field.
• Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's licence.
• Good sales and negotiation skills.
• Confident speaking and presenting on camera.
• Comfortable creating social media content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
