Job Title: Social Media Manager, Bourdillon Hotel

Location: Abuja
Job type: Full-time (Onsite)

Responsibilities

  • Participate in?periodic performance reviews and provide feedback to team members for performance improvement as applicable?
  • Provide support to press relations communications.
  • Experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, and a willingness to engage with emerging platforms.
  • To create and disseminate content for Bourdillon Hotel social media channels and coordinate digital content for Party representatives.
  • Manage the company’s social media communications.
  • Creating content in line with established branding and messaging guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other members of the production team to bring projects to completion.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with journalists and a media database.
  • Participate in the problem-solving, ideation, and capacity-building sessions, including new staff onboarding and staff mentoring programs?
  • Ensure videos are visually and verbally consistent with the hotel brand.
  • To assist the communications unit in support of the hotel's media activities, including attendance and support at events and press conferences.
  • Provide support in creating engaging content to meet internal communications goals.
  • Demonstrated success in social media campaigning, digital organising, and campaigning.
  • Design/curate and disseminate distinct types of content across all company social media channels to improve brand visibility and reputation.
  • To implement digital campaigns in line with the wider hotel communications strategy.
  • Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics and metrics to glean insights and refine communications strategy to improve performance.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance the brand reputation and coordinate publicity events as required.
  • Respond to media inquiries and arrange interviews for the organization.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
  • Schedule and publish content across all digital platforms.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Content Creation:

  • Develop content calendars and campaign plans.
  • Create engaging and professional content including graphics, videos, reels, promotional materials, and written posts.

Lead Generation & Marketing Support:

  • Support the business development team in generating sales leads through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop strategies to increase website traffic, inquiries, and customer engagement.
  • Assist in executing online advertising campaigns.
  • Promote company events, training programs, job vacancies, and service offerings.

Community Engagement

  • Respond promptly to messages, comments, inquiries, and reviews.
  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with followers and online communities.

Brand Management:

  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Protect and enhance the company's online reputation.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and professional image across all digital channels.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze engagement, reach, impressions, leads, and conversion rates.
  • Track social media performance metrics and campaign results.
  • Recommend improvements based on data and performance insights.

Photography & Videography:

  • Capture and edit photos and videos for company activities, events, training sessions, and client projects.
  • Create short-form video content and reels for social media marketing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Website traffic generated from social media.
  • Number of leads generated through social media.
  • Content consistency and quality.
  • Growth in followers and audience engagement.
  • Reach and impressions of social media campaigns.
  • Response time to inquiries and messages.
  • Overall contribution to company visibility and revenue growth

Salary Range
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
