Rigorous Asset Management & Technical Safety:

  • Actively track vehicle document expiration dates (insurance, roadworthiness, Hackney permit) and report them to the Fleet Supervisor 30 days before expiration.
  • Conduct a mandatory 15-minute daily morning inspection before any movement (checking engine oil levels, coolant, brake fluids, tire pressure/thread wear, functional headlights, wipers, and battery health).
  • Ensure the assigned luxury vehicle (Sedan, Executive SUV, or Luxury Coaster) is meticulously washed, vacuumed, and kept completely odorless at all times.
  • Promptly report any unusual vehicle sounds, dashboard warnings, or mechanical defects to the Central Workshop team to guarantee immediate preventative maintenance.
