We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Talent Manager

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

Aligned with our mission to build a "World-class team," the Talent Manager will design and execute rigorous recruitment strategies, maintain strict compliance structures, and champion workforce productivity.

Job Responsibilities

Mediate internal employee disputes and manage workforce retention and wellness programs.
Design and implement an ultra-strict recruitment framework for corporate pilots/drivers utilizing standard psychological, literacy, numeracy, and eye-tracking tests.
Coordinate the background check process, verification of guarantors, and medical screenings for all new hires.
Administer the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks and manage annual performance appraisal exercises.
Develop continuous corporate training modules focusing on defensive driving, hospitality, and premium service delivery.

Job Requirements

Active professional certification (CIPM, SHRM-CP, or CIPD) is mandatory.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.
4 - 6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a logistics, transport, or aviation firm.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly (net).
