We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Recruitment Agency)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our recruitment agency.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and promoting the company’s recruitment services to organizations across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain records of client interactions and business development activities.
  • Meet and exceed the monthly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful candidate placements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into paying clients.
  • Present and promote the company’s recruitment services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
  • Identify and approach potential clients in need of recruitment services.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in recruitment or HR services).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good networking and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or staffing agencies.
  • Existing network of corporate contacts is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
