• Monitor usage data to drive deeper product engagement and ROI
• Design and execute ongoing training programs for feature adoption
• Build long-term relationships with stakeholders; track success metrics
• Conduct executive business reviews to assess progress and opportunities

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in healthcare products or hospitals
• 2+ years in client-facing roles (consulting, implementations, CS)
• Excellent strategic and organizational agility
• Analytical thinking with strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time
