• Drive alignment across GTM and tech teams on high-impact work.
• Own GTM PMO portfolio and prioritization across initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to translate progress into business insights.
• Act as a GTM operator to reduce friction in the funnel.
• Build PMO governance, rhythms, and executive reporting.
• Define and track metrics tying systems to outcomes.

• 12-15+ years in technology operations, PMO, or business ops.
• Strong GTM systems knowledge: CRM, marketing automation, billing.
• Experience defining system strategy and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes via process improvements.
• GTM fluency in pipeline, conversion, forecasting, revenue efficiency.
• Balance strategy and execution; excellent cross-stakeholder communicator.
