Role Overview

  • The Operations Manager will be the engine behind our day-to-day service delivery across all three business lines. You will own operational performance, process efficiency, and team execution - ensuring our Rescue, Refuel, and Fleet services consistently meet the standards our customers depend on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end operations across Rescue (towing/roadside assistance), Refuel
  • (PMS/AGO delivery logistics), and Fleet (SaaS client onboarding and support)
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all service lines
  • Manage field agents, dispatch coordination, and vendor/supplier relationships
  • Monitor key operational KPIs (response times, delivery SLAs, fleet uptime) and drive continuous improvement
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, escalations, and service failures in real time
  • Coordinate closely with the Product, Tech, and Customer Service teams to ensure readiness for new features and service rollouts
  • Support fleet client onboarding and ensure seamless service delivery for B2B accounts
  • Manage inventory and asset utilisation — vehicles, fuel stock, and field equipment
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for executive review
  • Build and lead a high-performing operations team as the company scales

What We Are Looking For

  • A Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of operations experience, preferably in logistics, mobility, field services, or energy
  • Strong understanding of last-mile logistics, dispatch systems, or fleet/fuel management
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party service providers
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable tracking KPIs, building dashboards, and making decisions from metrics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under operational pressure
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with operations or fleet management software is a plus.
