Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Freight & Forwarding Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive efficiency across all shipping and clearing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily freight and forwarding operations from shipment initiation to delivery
• Manage import/export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, agents, and government authorities
• Monitor shipment timelines and resolve delays or operational issues
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery
• Supervise and guide the operations team to meet performance targets
• Maintain accurate records and provide operational reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities effectively
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
