Job Description

  • We are looking for a Personal Assistant that can provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management, ensuring the efficient coordination of daily activities, schedules, and communications.
  • The role requires a high level of discretion, organization, and professionalism in handling confidential information and supporting strategic operations.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, reports, and minutes.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Administrative Management:

  • Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and hard copy) for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of responsibilities.

Confidentiality & Discretion:

  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Maintain records of key decisions, documents, and executive communications.

Office & Operational Support:

  • Monitor office activities on behalf of the executive and ensure alignment with priorities.
  • Assist with special projects, research tasks, and business initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by proactively resolving administrative issues.

Communication Handling:

  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and messages.
  • Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the executive when required.
  • Ensure effective communication flow within the organization.

Travel & Logistics Coordination:

  • Arrange local and international travel, including bookings, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and corporate events.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 / Month.
