Bosak Microfinance Bank Limited was incorporated in December 2009 with the business objective of providing financial service to micro clients who were excluded from the mainstream financial system. It commenced operations in June 2010 upon obtaining a Unit Microfinance Banking License from the Central Bank of Nigeria. It later obtained a State Microfinance Banking License in 2016. Bosak Microfinance Bank Limited’s financial inclusion effort focuses on promoting savings culture, access to credit facilities for income-generation purposes and reducing vulnerability to risk through micro insurance.

Job Position: Business Officer
Job Location: Sango (Arepo), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Approve loan applications within specified approval limits and refer applications outside approved limits to management for further approval.
- Meet with loan applicants to obtain required information and respond to inquiries regarding the loan application process.
- Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit history, and collateral/property valuations to determine loan feasibility.
- Explain available loan products, credit options, and applicable terms and conditions to customers.
- Obtain, verify, and compile loan applicants’ credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other relevant financial documentation.
- Review, update, and maintain accurate credit and loan files in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies, risk management guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Provide periodic reports on loan portfolio performance as required.
Qualificatiobs
- Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1-3 experience.
