We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Loan Sales Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new loan customers through field marketing and referrals
• Promote and sell the bank’s loan products to individuals and businesses
• Conduct credit assessments and ensure proper documentation of loan applications
• Follow up on loan disbursements and repayments
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s credit policies and procedures
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant discipline
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or microfinance
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a passion for sales
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of the local market and business environment

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
