Job Title: Human Resource Associate
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices across client companies.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Prepare and manage employee documentation.
- Support recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation for management review.
- Support the coordination of training and development initiatives for client organizations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information at all times.
- Participate in HR strategy discussions and organizational development initiatives when required.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees and ensure proper documentation.
- Provide support in handling employee relations issues and workplace concerns.
- Assist in managing disciplinary procedures, investigations, and conflict resolution processes.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain performance records.
- Assist in conducting HR audits and reviewing HR processes to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to assigned client organizations.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- 3 - 4 years relevant Human Resources experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- HR professional certification (CIPM, PHR, SHRM) will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
