Job Title: Human Resource & General Affairs Personnel
Location: College Road, Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: Sunday – Friday (Saturday off)
Working Hours: 09.00 – 18.00
Job Summary
- Responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resources and General Affairs functions in a fast-paced fintech environment, supporting business growth through effective people management, compliance, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for many roles
- Support workforce planning and organizational scaling
- Implement HR policies, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and HR data accuracy
General Affairs (GA):
- Manage office operations, facilities, vendors, and procurement
- Oversee office administration, budget, and operational expenses
- Coordinate company events, meetings, training, and travel arrangements.
Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 monthly.
