We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Field Officer

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• On-Ground Dispatch & Loading: Directly supervise truck loading to ensure correct items are loaded according to patterns that prevent transit damage.
• Route & Logistics Management: Coordinate the movement of vehicles and personnel, often using GPS tracking and logistics software to optimize routes and minimize costs.
• Incident Management: Handle real-time field issues such as accidents, vehicle breakdowns, or cargo theft, liaising with law enforcement or recovery teams when necessary.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary link between the central logistics team, customers, and field staff to facilitate smooth service deliver.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all vehicles have current registration insurance, and necessary transit permits. Maintain accurate records of fuel usage, vehicle logs, and daily inspection reports
