Job Summary

• As the Operations Executive, you will manage daily store operations, handle client relations, and oversee administrative activities to ensure efficient service delivery and smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth coordination of activities
• Handle client inquiries, orders, and complaints while ensuring excellent customer experience
• Oversee administrative tasks including record keeping, reporting, and office coordination
• Monitor stock levels, showroom organization, and product display standards
• Support management with operational reporting and implementation of business processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years experience in operations, customer service, or retail administration roles
• Professional certification in Operations Management or Customer Service is an advantage
• Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills
• Must reside in Surulere or its immediate environs.
