Job Summary
- We are seeking a experience Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of our fleet (trucks).
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair processes, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and functionality of our Fleet.
- As Maintenance Manager you will use your excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills to engage your team maintain good morale among your team, and keep your clients happy.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate, schedule, and audit vehicle maintenance repairs to include preventative, mechanical and electrical repair of trucks etc
- Monitor associate work levels
- Manage facilities, assuring a clean and safe working environment
- Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of company’s assets
- Control repair, inventory, and labor costs
- Coach and mentor technicians
Job Skills & Qualifications
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- 2+ years of fleet maintenance management experience preferred or at least 1 year of team management of technicians and artisans.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with vendors and contractors.
- Familiarity with budgeting and cost control principles.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Certification in maintenance management or related field is a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to maintenance operations.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
