• Translate analytics into executive-ready recommendations.
• Support privacy and data integrity in all analyses.

• 7+ years in workforce analytics or related fields.
• Experience with Workday and people data warehouses.
• Experience using AI tools to automate analytics workflows.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, and advanced Excel.
• Available to work US time zones.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate questions into clear analyses.
