• Design how brand knowledge is represented, stored, and updated.
• Develop agentic search for reasoning, gaps, and dynamic navigation.
• Evaluate architectures for knowledge retrieval and reasoning; drive improvements.
• Translate AI research into production systems that improve reliability.
• Collaborate with product and AI teams to improve user experience.

???? Requirements

• 8+ years in high-performance engineering environments.
• Proven experience building agentic workflows and RAG systems.
• Deep understanding of language models and knowledge representation.
• Experience with LangChain or LangGraph; Python and FastAPI.
• Hands-on with Snowflake/BigQuery/Databricks; scalable data design.
• Strong opinions about AI limits from real production experience.
