• Manage the implementation and upkeep of a community platform for Stripe Community builders.
• Develop tracking/reporting for Builder activity and impact using Salesforce and Hubble.
• Set up and maintain daily workflows for Builder recruitment and event tracking.
• Identify opportunities to boost efficiency via systems and tooling.
• Use tracking data to make data-driven recommendations for recruitment and growth.

???? Requirements

• Experience setting up and maintaining community operations for a brand.
• Fluent with data; can assess/visualize data and build extraction systems.
• Demonstrated ability to create workflows improving efficiency and automation.
• Well versed in SQL, Excel, and other data tools.
• Salesforce experience, especially creating a new SFDC instance.
