Technical Account Manager

• Provide consultative technical support to maintain EHR integrations for Enterprise clients.
• Identify opportunities to boost business results through integrations.
• Ensure seamless scheduling experience and provider availability.
• Investigate and resolve sync-related issues across Enterprise accounts.
• Manage complex integration configurations and monitor health.
• Collaborate with Account Teams, Engineering, and Product to align goals.

???? Requirements

• 3-4+ years in a Tier 2 technical support or similar role.
• 1+ year of commercial client success or TAM experience.
• Proven troubleshooting with root-cause analysis.
• Exceptional communication translating tech to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Postman, Salesforce.
• Basic knowledge of API concepts, network troubleshooting, and system configurations.
